You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.
We ship to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (if applicable). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided and assist you in contacting the carrier.
