Here's all you do: Empty contents into 4 1/2 cups of water. Add 1/2 stick(4 tbs) of butter or margarine. Boil 1 minute, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fluff with fork and serve as side with chicken, pork, fish or beef. 

Optional: Replace 4 1/2 cups of water with 3 cups Apple Juice and 1 1/2 cups water.
