Tuscan Minestrone Gourmet Soup Mix

Here's all you do: In a large pot add 1 (15oz) can of your favorite broth, 4 cups of water, a 15oz can of drained white beans and a 15oz can of tomato sauce. Stir in soup mix and bring to a boil. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

This makes 10-12 bowls of delicious home style Tuscan Minestrone!
