There is no healthier, or easier to prepare than a grilled salmon. This 15 minute recipe will become a staple in your dinner routine and we are excited to share our tips with you.

Outside of pizza and spaghetti, I would say this particular grilled salmon recipe is one of the meals we make most often in my home. When you are looking for something nutritious and don’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen this is the perfect choice, especially if someone in your family is an avid fisherman and you're cooking freshly caught salmon.

If you’re a mom and trying to please your family of picky eaters it can be a real gem to find a recipe that is healthy and will appeal to the whole family.

How to Season Grilled Salmon?

To have the perfect grilled fish this my friend is a key step. I never prepare salmon with using Rockin Roasted Garlic seasoning which is the right blend of herbs and salt that really works like magic.

How Do You Grill Salmon?

  • The first step is to slice your salmon fillet into individual pieces before grilling. This will allow it to flip easier on the grill.
  • Rub about ¼ teaspoon of olive oil on each fillet before seasoning them. This will prevent the salmon from sticking to the grill surface and will create a crispy exterior on the fish.
  • Preheat our grill to a medium heat. I find a medium heat give a delicious charred exterior while keeping the inside moist and tender. Cover the grill and heat for 5 minutes per side (maybe a few minutes more depending on the thickness of your fish). You will know your fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.

That is all there is to it. Now you can see why this is such a favorite of mine. It is easy to prepare and cook and with our Rockin Roasted Garlic seasoning the salmon really is very delicious and come our perfect every single time.
